GK ACADEMY

Education that ends in a skill, not a folder of materials.

GK Academy is the educational side of my work. You will not find a catalogue of dozens of courses to browse here. First you choose your situation, then a path, and only at the end a specific programme.

Where are you right now?

Four paths. Each answers a different need, not a different format of classes.

Personal development

Do you want to handle yourself better - your decisions, motivation, stress and the way you organise your own work?

Work on the person who runs the company: decisions, motivation, stress, managing your time and your own development in the context of the business you run.

Growing your company

Do you want to put in order and develop the way your company operates?

Strategy, organisation of work, procedures, standards, the team, delegation and finances. For people running a company, whatever the industry.

Trainer path

Do you want to teach others professionally, or put in order the training practice you already run?

For people preparing their first training sessions and for those who already train, but want to gain or put in order the pedagogical, instructional and methodological foundations.

Brand and standing

Do you want to take your knowledge further - to the stage, to events and to people in your industry?

The stage, events, partnerships and building your standing around your own brand.

THE GK ACADEMY STANDARD

How I teach

I do not build education as a library of material to watch. A programme without a defined goal and without the participant's own work gives a feeling of progress, but it does not change the way you operate.

I design every programme so that it is possible to check what changed afterwards. That means: a clear goal, a logical order, applying the knowledge in the participant's own conditions, tools to work with, hands-on practice where there is no other way to build the skill, and a check on the results in a form that suits the nature of the programme.

  • The goal defined before the first material, not after it.
  • A structure in which every element follows from the one before.
  • The participant's own work on their own situation.
  • Tools and document templates, not slides alone.
  • Hands-on practice where the competence cannot be acquired any other way.
  • A check on the results that suits the nature of the programme.

Three different routes

Before you choose, check whether education really is what you need right now.

Education

You gain knowledge, methods, tools and competences that you then apply on your own.

Mentoring

We work one to one on the real situation of your company, on your data, your decisions and your implementation.

Beauty

I run vocational and hands-on training connected with the beauty industry in a separate area.
