One-to-one work on the specific situation your business is in.
Two formats of working together: work on one specific matter, or a six-month process that puts the way you run your company in order. If you are not sure which one fits your situation, start with a conversation.
Before you decide on mentoring, let us get to know each other.
What you can come with
You do not need to arrive with a ready diagnosis. It is enough that you recognise your own situation here.
- The company is running, but you do not know what the next step should be.
- You have clients and revenue, but you do not know how much actually remains at the end of the month.
- Your organisation, paperwork, offer or pricing come together as you go rather than by settled rules.
- You have the knowledge and the experience, but the market still knows you too little.
- You know the company needs a change, but the decision about the direction keeps being put off.
- You make decisions, but afterwards they are hard to turn into consistent action.
- You do not know what to deal with first, because too many areas of the company need attention at once.
- You make important decisions without grounding them in costs and numbers.
- You see a problem in one place, but you sense that its source is somewhere else.
- You want to grow the brand, the offer or sales, but first you need to put the direction in order.
Who this way of working is for
I work with business owners who want to understand their situation better, put the way they operate in order and make decisions based on facts rather than chance. The industry matters less to me than whether you recognise your own situation above.
A large part of my practical business experience comes from the beauty and training industries, which I know from the inside. That is experience, not a condition of working together. In mentoring we look above all at the situation of your company, the way it operates and the decisions ahead of you.
Mentoring does not replace the work of a specialist. If a given situation calls for accounting, legal or medical knowledge, or specialist support in another area, I will say so directly. My role is to help you look at the company more broadly, put the situation in order, see how things depend on one another and make conscious decisions within the scope of my competence.
The mentoring I run will not be a good choice if:
- You are looking for a ready recipe to copy without working on your own company.
- You expect results without putting the recommendations into practice between sessions.
- You expect me to make the decision for you - in mentoring I give you tools, ask the right questions and help you look at the situation from several perspectives, but it is you who weighs the options and makes your own decisions.
Check whether this mentoring is for you
A short test - 10 questions, Yes/No answers.
This is a tool for self-reflection, not a diagnosis of your company or a psychological test.
Do you want to take responsibility for the growth of your company?
Are you looking for someone who will tell you only what you want to hear?
Do you intend to put what we agree into practice between sessions?
Do you care about building the business for the long term, not only about fast growth?
Do you want to grow your brand in line with your own values rather than copy the competition?
Do you want to look at your business from an entirely different perspective?
Do you accept that you will sometimes hear things from me that are uncomfortable but necessary?
Do you care not only about higher income, but also about greater peace of mind and better organisation of your work?
Do you want to build a business that gives you freedom rather than constant exhaustion?
Do you invest in your own development as consciously as you invest in your company's?
How I work and who is responsible for what
Diagnosis, decisions based on data, implementation on your side, control of direction on mine.
My role
- Diagnosis of the situation
- Asking the right questions
- Analysis
- Help in making decisions
- Pointing out priorities
- Recommendations
- Control of direction and correction of actions within the agreed process
Your role
- Providing the information needed
- Making your own decisions
- Putting what we agree into practice
- Preparing for the sessions
- Carrying out the agreed actions
- Responsibility for your own company and its results
I do not promise a financial outcome or a particular business result. I am responsible for the quality of the diagnosis, the recommendations and the way the process is run.
How we start
How we begin depends on which format you need.
Mentoring Start
- 1
You submit your matter
A short form. You do not need a matching conversation first.
- 2
Date and questionnaire
We agree a date and I send you a preparatory questionnaire.
- 3
Preparation
I go through your answers before the session, so that during the consultation we focus on the right matter.
- 4
Consultation
90 minutes of work on one specific matter. Written recommendations within 3 working days.
Mentoring VIP
- 1
A 20-minute conversation
Free and without obligation. You say what you are coming with, I ask about the situation and your expectations.
- 2
Checking the fit, both ways
You get to know how I communicate and work. I check whether I really am the right person to help in your situation.
- 3
The decision after the conversation
You make the decision after the conversation, not during it.
- 4
Starting the process
We agree the scope and begin work in four phases.
This is not a mentoring session or free business advice. It is a conversation about fit.
Why me
I combine knowledge of people, business and health with over 20 years of running my own companies.
Pedagogy with career and personal development guidance gives me a method for working on a decision. Business coaching and years of practice give me the material to work with. Nursing gives me the rigour of procedure and a way of looking at the person who runs the company.
During mentoring I do not talk about solutions from books. I show solutions I have put in place and tested in practice myself.
Two formats of working together
Start answers one specific matter. VIP puts the way you run the company in order over six months.
Mentoring Start
In-depth strategic consultation
For someone with one specific decision, blockage or area to put in order.
- Preparatory questionnaire before the session
- Preparation for the consultation based on your answers
- A 90-minute session focused on your matter
- Written recommendations and priorities within 3 working days
Start does not include ongoing guidance while you implement.
„After a single hour of consultation, I found the courage to change my life. What I had been missing was self-belief and courage."Mariusz, Bydgoszcz (Translated from Polish)
Start does not require a matching conversation beforehand. You come with one specific matter, which we work on during the 90-minute consultation.
Mentoring VIP
A six-month mentoring process
For someone who needs a wider change: putting the company, the decisions and the implementation in order over time.
- A six-month process in four phases
- 8 individual mentoring sessions of 90 minutes each, online and live
- Putting what we agree into practice between sessions, on your company's own data
- Control of direction and correction of actions between phases
- A summary of the process: assessment of the changes, further priorities and a plan for working on your own
- Entry only after a 20-minute matching conversation
The 20-minute matching conversation
Before you decide on mentoring, let us get to know each other.
This is not a mentoring session, free advice or a mini business consultation. It is a conversation in which I get to know your situation and expectations, and you get to know how I communicate and work.
Together we check whether there is room to work together, and in what form. If I conclude that I am not the right person to help in your situation, I will say so directly.
The conversation is free and does not commit you to working together.
