An individual programme for people who want to train others consciously and professionally. It is delivered individually and tailored to the participant - there is no waiting for a group to fill up.

The first session defines the field you want to teach, your needs, goals and the direction of further work.

    Pick a format from the price list. Mentoring VIP starts with a free introductory call.

  2. Order and pay

    Enter your details, accept the terms and pay online via Przelewy24. You can request a company invoice.

  3. Set the date

    Once the payment is confirmed I email you and we agree on the date.

  4. Preparation

    You answer a few questions or a questionnaire by email so the session focuses on your issue from the start.

  5. Session and next steps

    We work on your issue. You leave with concrete steps, and with Mentoring Start also with written recommendations.

Frequently asked questions

How do I buy a consultation or Mentoring Start?

Choose the service and click the buy button. On the order form (in Polish) you enter your details, accept the Terms and go to online payment with Przelewy24. The order is paid only once the payment operator confirms it - you will receive a confirmation by email.

When will the session take place?

We agree on the date by email after purchase, based on dates that suit you. The date is fixed once I confirm it. The session takes place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If you do not request an earlier start on the order form, the session will be scheduled after 14 days from purchase.

Online or in person?

Your Next Step - in person at the company's registered office (ul. Morska 65A, 81-323 Gdynia) or online, as an individual remote meeting. The date is agreed individually after purchase. Mentoring Start and Mentoring VIP sessions are held live online.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, under the Terms. Your Next Step can be rescheduled once free of charge, and Mentoring Start without consequences, if you let me know by email or text message at least 48 hours before the session. A later request does not entitle you to a free reschedule. If I have to cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund. These rules do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal.

Terms of the website and shop (in Polish)

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. Every service is documented with an electronic invoice or receipt, sent within 48 hours of payment. If you need a company invoice, tick the option on the order form.

Can I withdraw from the contract?

As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. If you want the session to take place earlier, you can request an earlier start on the order form. After the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires.

What payment methods are available?

Online payments are handled by Przelewy24 - you will see the available methods on the operator's page. Mentoring VIP can be paid in instalments - details are discussed after the introductory call.
